1. Understanding Bulk Loan Reassignment

Bulk loan reassignment allows you to quickly transfer a portfolio of loans from one loan officer to another. This is useful when a loan officer leaves the organization, goes on leave, or needs to have their portfolio adjusted.

2. Accessing the Bulk Loan Reassignment Screen

To access the Bulk Loan Reassignment screen:

• 2.1 Select "Admin" from the main menu.

• 2.2 Click on "Organization."

• 2.3 Click on "Bulk Loan Reassignment."

3. Reassigning Loans

To reassign loans in bulk:

• 3.1 Select the "Office".

• 3.2 Enter "Assignment Date."

• 3.3 Select the "To loan officer".
