Managing Tellers and Cashiers
This guide explains how to manage tellers (cashiers) and their cash allocation and settlement in Funderr.
1. Understanding Teller/Cashier Management
Teller management involves defining tellers (or cashiers), assigning them to specific branches or locations, and managing their cash limits and transactions.
This is important for controlling cash flow, preventing fraud, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
2. Accessing the Teller / Cashier Management Screen
To access the Teller / Cashier Management screen:
2.1 Select "Admin" from the main menu.
2.2 Click on "Organization."
2.3 Click on "Teller / Cashier Management."
3. Viewing the List of Tellers
The Teller / Cashier Management screen displays a list of all tellers.

Branch: The branch to which the teller is assigned.
Teller Name: The name of the teller.
Status: The status of the teller (e.g., Active, Inactive).
Started On: The date the teller started.
4. Creating a New Teller
To create a new teller:
4.1 Click the "+ Create Teller" button.
4.2 Fill in the "Create Teller" form.

4.3 The fields on the form are:
Teller Name: The name of the new teller.
Office: The office to which the teller is assigned.
Description: Any description
Start Date: The date.
End Date: Set a boolean.
Status: Set the status.
