Managing Holidays
This guide explains how to define and manage holidays in Funderr. Holidays can affect loan repayment schedules and other date-sensitive processes.
1. Accessing the Manage Holidays Screen
To access the Manage Holidays screen:
1.1 Select "Admin" from the main menu.
1.2 Click on "Organization."
1.3 Click on "Manage Holidays."
2. Viewing the List of Holidays
The Manage Holidays screen displays a list of all defined holidays.

3. Creating a New Holiday
To create a new holiday:
3.1 Click the "+ Create Holiday" button.

3.2 Fill in the "Create Holiday" form.

3.3 The fields on the form are:
Name: The name of the holiday.
From Date: The start date of the holiday.
To Date: The end date of the holiday.
Repayment Scheduling Type: How repayments affected by the holiday should be rescheduled (e.g., move to next working day).
Description: the description of the holiday
Select applicable offices: Set which offices are affected by this Holiday
3.4 Click the "Submit" button to save the new holiday.
