Tips for Administrators
Here are some tips to help you administer Funderr effectively:
Use roles and permissions strategically to control access and enforce the principle of least privilege. Give users only the permissions they need to perform their job duties.
Regularly audit staff and user access to ensure that permissions are still appropriate and to identify any unauthorized access attempts.
Set working days accurately to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure that loan due dates fall on business days.
Document all administrative changes and configurations.
Train users on how to use Funderr effectively and securely.
Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their solutions:
Issue: User cannot access a specific feature - Verify that the user has the necessary permissions assigned through their role. Check if the role has been granted access to the feature.
Issue: Email notifications are not being sent - Check the email configuration settings to ensure that the correct SMTP server and credentials are configured. Also, check the spam folder to see if emails are being filtered.
